2.4 Your details and Profile will be displayed on NewFriends4U.com and as a Member You will be able to view the details and Profiles of other Members.
2.5 You are agreeing to accept Newfriends4u.com newsletters. (To unsubscribe from our newsletter mailings You are provided a link and can unsubscribe at anytime or by using your profile options). (2) You are agreeing to receive notification mailings related to your on-site message box, about your Profile status, log on activity, members who like you and have added you to their favourites.
2.6 You acknowledge that any details Posted by You on NewFriends4U.com web site will be able to be accessed by the Members.
2.7 You are solely responsible for Your own interactions with other Members.
2.8 You shall be responsible for the accuracy of any information necessary for Us to perform NewFriends4U.com Service and for Your interactions with other Members.
2.9 Your application for membership shall come into effect once you have activated your account to confirm your email address and We have notified acceptance of your membership by email as confirmation.
2.10 We reserve the right to remove for any reason any information, text, photographs and/or other material Posted by You, which is deemed unacceptable for the site.
2.11 We reserve the right to refuse any application for membership.

3. TERMINATION
3.1 If You decide to terminate this Agreement you can do so by either removing your account immediately using your Profile Options or by email to us.
3.2 NewFriends4U.com will have the right of termination of this Agreement, without notice, If the information that You provide is found to be untrue or if You breach the terms of this Agreement.
3.3 If Our Internet provider reports that Your email address no longer exists then NewFriends4U.com will subsequently remove Your account.
3.4 We will remove your account from Our database immediately, without notice, if you:
a) send spam messages.
b) send scam messages for money.
c) send a large quantity of duplicate contact messages.
d) Send a large quantity of duplicate contact messages requesting our members email addresses.
e) use offensive language.
f) use for advertising or commercial use including affiliate links.
g) send offensive messages containing overt solicitation for sex or descriptions of sexual activity, anatomy, etc solicitation of multiple or additional partners.
h) send flaming and retaliation messages.
4. OBLIGATION OF MEMBER
4.1 Your Profile may not contain details of Your surname, street/postal address, company name, email address, telephone numbers or URLS. any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter.
4.2 You may not use NewFriends4U.com to promote another site, service and/or business in any way.
4.3 You may not copy and upload another members photo, any photos of celebrities or any copyright material to your profile, doing so will result in your account being removed from the site.
4.4 You will not transmit and/or Post any chain letter and/or junk e-mail to other Members; solicit other Members' business, buy or sell products and/or services through NewFriends4U.com.
4.5 You will not Misuse in any way NewFriends4U.com Service or any information Posted on NewFriends4U.com.
4.6 You will not Post and/or reproduce in any way any information and/or material in which the copyright, trade mark and/or intellectual property belongs to another party without first obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such rights.
4.7 You will not In any way assign, transfer, part with and/or authorize any other person to use (A) Your membership or (B) transmit and/or Post and/or email to another Member any information, pictures and/or any other material, which in our opinion is sexually explicit, racist, abusive, threatening or likely to cause offence to another Member.
4.8 You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
4.9 You agree not to hold NewFriends4U.com liable for anything stated or messages posted within the forums.
4.10 You agree not to contact us by email sending aggressive, disrespectful, impolite, vulgar, defamatory content or threats. Doing so your account will be terminated immediately.
4.11 We take no liability for any events organised through using our service.
5. FEES
5.1 NewFriends4U.com reserves the right to alter or cease offering its services free of charge at any time. NewFriends4U will inform Members by email if our service is to be offered in the future for a fee. Any fees paid prior to making our service free will not entitle you to a refund or any unused portion of subscription fees.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 All copyright and design rights are owned by NewFriends4U.com Limited and are not available for use by any other party.
6.2 By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the NewFriends4U.com Services, you hereby grant to NewFriends4U.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the NewFriends4U Services and is non-exclusive. You warrant that you own the content posted by you or you agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content posted by you or through NewFriends4U.com service.
