Nice guy

I'm a college student here at UAF I'm currently in the engineering program though considering how much I'm coming to loath calculus that could change. I'm somewhat nerdy and I don't tend to talk much until I get to know someone. I enjoy cooking for people, watching movies, contra dancing, and going for walks. I don't frequent the bars here in town but I do keep a fairly well stocked drinks cabinet.

I would like to meet someone who is intelligent, well read, and interested in a variety of subjects. It would be nice to meet someone interested in working out at the local gym since I tend to have an easier time going when I have a workout buddy. While I am interested in a longterm romantic relationship I'd prefer just starting out as friends.

I'm a fairly nerdy engineering major going to school at UAF. I enjoy going to plays and concerts and have recently been exposed to contra dancing which I just loved. I like to cook for friends and neighbors once or twice a week and so far reception to my cooking has been fairly favorable. I'm a bit overweight so I am looking at spending a bit more time outside walking or perhaps lifting weights at the gym. Other than that I like watching movies, listening to music (mainly older stuff), and chatting with friends.

Contra Dancing anyone?

Hello I'm a fairly nerdy college student at UAF and I went to my first contra dance recently and loved it. Contra dancing is hard to describe adequately since it's a lot more fun than the actual description, Irish line dancing. Anyway besides Contra dancing I am looking at going on walks, and perhaps in a bit jogs, around Fairbanks. I'm also beginning to think that I should be making more use of the local gym so I'll be trying to make it down there a couple of times a week.

I would like to meet someone intelligent and happy with varied interests. I mentioned above that I'm looking at spending more time working out and I would love to have someone to work out with. It'd also be nice to find someone to take to contra dancing since last time I was there there were too many men and too few women at the beginning so bringing along a dancing partner would make things considerably easier.
