I am a nice honest gentleman with a twist in that I believe in female supremacy in relationships. I love reading book and even old superhero comic books; what can I say good over evil appeals. I am a wannabe author, who’s had praise from agents but not yet success. My most successful attempt to date is a thriller linking ancient Egypt and MI5. I stayed up all night to watch the election results unfold – only to find they didn’t, and parliament was hung for days! I’m interested in everything and anything; sometimes going over board! I bought a £40 book on the new maths and remembered when I tried reading it that I hadn’t mastered the old! I enjoy exercising and watch old movies on the exercise bike or jog when I can. I’m often reserved in starting a conversation with strangers because I don’t like to force myself on them or upset anyone. Just as well really because on topics I like I sometimes can’t stop! Get me talking on most things and I can talk for England – though I’m a very good listener and like nothing better than listening to people I care about expressing opinions and concerns. I love women and feel happier surrounded by them rather than men even if that means carrying bags shopping! Family is important to me and I like women who have trusted friends and family they really care for. I am looking for a lady who can laugh at me and still support me; someone who has opinions and the will to express them whilst respecting the views of my family and not arguing with them. I am a recently widowed (6 months) fun loving lady who although just turned 51 is not ready to give up her rock chick status just yet. I love writing, reading, spending time with family, feeling the wind in my hair and the sun on my face whilst walking by the sea. I also love dancing in the street and singing on the bus after a good night out with friends.
