Hey Ginny
I have been going through the menopause for a few years now and would not be doing as well as I am now if not for the wonderful HRT. Not for everyone I know but I began to feel old, aching joints, legs, arms, feeling low, left out, like a little old lady. Now I feel great, a few aches now and again but that little old lady has left the room.
What have you been offered. It is great if you can do this without any medication but sometimes you just want to feel like yourself so go for it.

menopause is only as good or as bad as you let it get. Went through it very early and have done it on my own with no medication. My way might not be good for everyone but it has been okay for me. Best of luck and don't let it get you down. It comes to all us ladies at some time.

No but my mom is and I offer her drugs regularly and she yells at me.
