ditto as to what Murat said, he seems like a wise young man. if he truly feels something in his heart for you then he'll do more then texting. or maybe he IS feeling something and that scares him. does that make sense?

I think all depends of your attitude to this person, you can check information that you have,i mean true reason, everything can be much more prosy :).
