I've got some weights some where I'll dig them out, I've also got a mini trampet under my bed, guess if I put it in view in the living room I might actually use it! I live in beautiful countryside at the moment so I was thinking of bike riding if im brave enough to go on the country lanes!

That's great thanks but other than the squats what's best to do at home. I have a punch bag that my Ex hasn't collected yet. I find that good getting rid of tension! ha ha

Well I'm not over weight. But I do need to tone and also, I have asthma so anything that can help improve my fitness levels. I have found that I haven’t need to use my inhaler lately when climbing mountains which is great. But I would say that toning my legs and bum would be good. So what’s the best form of exercise?

Not many people seem to like responding to the forum except for Alamndo that is.

It's a shame paying good money for something and then not using it.

By the way I'm interested in keep fit tips! I climb mountains mpst weekends but do feel I should do more!

I don't really Al, I was just trying to write a boring question to hopefully gage some people to answering.

Seems like it didn't work - yes I know you answered it but I feel like I've known you all my life now :o)!

I might have to resort to being silly - I'm far better at that than serious x

I love to keep fit and eat healthy, but I need help maintaining it, as I do with any discipline... far too rebellious me :o)!

So come on are you a health freak or like me mean well but lapse most of the time?
